By accessing or using the 71Five VoTech Student Database (“the Service”), operated by Youth 71Five Ministries (“71Five,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a web-based student management platform used to track enrollment, attendance, certifications, and related program data for 71Five’s Vocational Technical Program. Access is restricted to authorized staff, volunteers, and partner organizations.
Access is granted via Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not share your account access or allow unauthorized individuals to use the Service through your account.

The Service contains sensitive information about minors, including personally identifiable information. All users must handle this data in accordance with 71Five’s data handling policies and applicable privacy laws. Unauthorized disclosure of student data may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
The Service and its content are the property of Youth 71Five Ministries. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your authorization.
71Five reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 71Five does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 71Five shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
By providing a phone number during enrollment and selecting “text” or “both” as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive text messages from Youth 71Five Ministries related to the Vocational Technical Program. Messages may include:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your program schedule. Typically 1–5 messages per week during active enrollment.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from text notifications. You may also change your contact preference to “email” in the program application or by contacting your case manager.
Opt-In: Reply START to re-subscribe to text notifications after opting out.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. 71Five does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
By enrolling in the program and providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you agree to receive text messages at that number. For students under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent during the enrollment process.
71Five may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If material changes are made, you will be asked to re-accept the updated Terms.
